Ryan McKnight brings preseason All-America buzz and veteran reliability to SDSU’s offensive front
McKnight emerged as a high-upside **offensive lineman** at South Dakota State after a strong first full season as a starter, earning attention on preseason All-America lists; the key takeaway is that he’s viewed as a technically sound, dependable blocker with enough impact to stand out beyond typical line-play stats. Sources also describe him as a second-generation Jackrabbit and a steady, team-first presence, which adds context for why he fits well in a program that values toughness, continuity, and maturity up front.
