CSU Rams' Emerging Kickoff Ace with Touchback Touch
Tavis Guerra, Colorado State Rams kicker, flashed serious potential in the 2022 season by appearing in two games (vs. Colorado on 9/2 and Wyoming on 10/1), booming five kickoffs for a 64.4-yard average and two touchbacks—elite numbers that highlight his leg strength and accuracy under pressure. A Whittier High product with prior stints at Chadron State, Guerra's specialist role makes him a low-risk, high-reward asset for teams needing reliable field position control; his limited snaps suggest untapped upside without injury red flags, perfect for depth charts craving consistency.
