Chris Allen brings size and trench value to McNeese’s defensive front
Chris Allen profiles as a **big-bodied interior defender** for McNeese, listed at **6'2", 285 pounds** on the 2024 roster, giving him the mass to hold the point and disrupt run fits in the middle.[9] The key question for a roster fit is less about flash and more about **reliable leverage, gap integrity, and taking up space**—traits that matter for a defensive tackle who can anchor against power football.[5][9] Publicly available stats and rankings are limited, so his value is best judged through role, frame, and how well he translates that interior size into consistent snap-to-snap control.[5][9]
