Curtis Hines Brings Veteran Guard Poise and Shot-Making to Winston-Salem State
Curtis Hines is a seasoned Winston-Salem State guard whose value goes beyond box-score points: in the 2006-07 season he averaged 6.2 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game while shooting 31.6% from the field, and recent game logs show he can still catch fire from deep when given space. His differentiator is experience—he has been around the program long enough to understand pace, spacing, and late-game composure, which makes him useful for a team needing a steady backcourt presence rather than a high-usage scorer.
