disruptive two-way guard with real shooting gravity
Mazyck is the kind of guard who can tilt a game without monopolizing it: USC’s roster page highlights a record-setting 86 made threes in her junior season, plus 16.5 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game, while ESPN lists her career as a high-volume, high-efficiency scorer from deep[5][1]. Her USC bio also shows a track record of big-shot outings and playmaking bursts, but it notes she has also dealt with injury absences, so the main question for a team is durability rather than talent[5]. If you want a tough, energetic perimeter creator who brings spacing and defensive disruption, she fits; if you need a pure floor-general, that is not her profile[5].
