Carson Ramos brings old-school trench grit to Old Dominion’s defensive front
Carson Ramos is a seasoned defensive lineman for Old Dominion whose value shows up in the dirty work: he has experience across the line, played on special teams, and recorded a tackle in 2021 while bringing a proven JUCO résumé with 24 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 2.5 tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery in his junior-college season. His fit is best for teams that want a physical, assignment-sound interior defender who understands leverage, effort, and depth-chart versatility rather than flash. In short: dependable, tough, and built for the grind.
