Cole Parrott brings size and versatility to Northern Colorado’s defensive front
Cole Parrott is a 6-foot-3, 255-pound edge defender who profiles as a physical, flexible piece for Northern Colorado, with experience on the defensive line and even as a reserve long snapper. In his redshirt season, he appeared in four games and recorded a tackle, suggesting developmental upside more than box-score production right now. His value is in roster flexibility, trench size, and special-teams utility — traits that matter if you want a dependable, multi-role depth piece with room to grow.
