Green Bay Legend Turned Phoenix Insider
Rahmon Fletcher, the 5'10" dynamo who lit up UW-Green Bay from 2007-11 with career top-10 marks in points (6th), assists (6th), and steals (4th), plus 12.5 PPG, 3.4 APG, and 47.8% FG in the 2010-11 season, has returned home as Director of Player Development since 2023. His elite playmaking vision—honed by four-time All-BBL honors and BBL Finals MVP in pro stints abroad—brings infectious intensity and mentorship to the Phoenix, making him a perfect fit for teams seeking a savvy, undersized guard coach who develops winners with jazz-band cool under pressure.
