Cleveland State’s rebound-hunting forward who once owned the glass
Savanna Crockett made her mark at Cleveland State as a high-motor forward with elite rebounding instincts; in the 2018-19 season she earned Horizon League Freshman of the Year honors, and early in that career she was averaging a double-double while leading the league in rebounds at 9.8 per game and posting 11.4 points and 10.0 rebounds per game over seven games. She fits teams that want toughness, activity, and a player who impacts games without needing the offense built around her—think boards, effort, and defensive grit, with the kind of presence coaches trust when the game gets ugly.
