Iowa OL Justin Britt: Experienced, physical, but now a retired Hawkeye lineman
Justin Britt is best understood as a **former Iowa offensive lineman**, not an active roster piece, after announcing his retirement from football in 2023; that makes him more of a historical Hawkeye note than a current fit target.[2][8] His key differentiators were the usual Iowa-OL traits—toughness, development in a trench-heavy program, and the polish that comes from surviving the Hawkeyes’ demanding line culture—but the available sources do not provide recent on-field performance data or fresh scouting buzz.[7][8] If you are evaluating him for a team, the answer is simple: his profile matters for background and program pedigree, not for current acquisition value.[2]
