long-armed, reliable Colgate defensive back with starter-level reps
Chris Ekpo is a Colgate defensive back who arrived as a 6-foot-1, 192-pound corner and quickly earned meaningful playing time, including 11 starts in his first two seasons with the Raiders. The clearest differentiator in the available Colgate material is durability and trust: he was built into the secondary as a three-year letterwinner candidate and was part of a defense that leaned on his length, experience, and consistency. The catch: there isn’t current 2026 stat-tracker evidence here, so the best read is that Ekpo’s appeal is his proven game experience, not flashy production.
