seasoned K-State guard with efficient scoring chops and veteran edge
Kelsey Nelson brings a profile that coaches love: a versatile, high-IQ guard who has historically combined efficient scoring, perimeter shooting, rebounding, and disruptive defense. Kansas State’s own signing note described her as a player with strong work ethic, intensity, and a three-point shot that can stretch defenses, plus unusual rebounding production for a guard. She looks like a fit if you want steady, two-way backcourt toughness and leadership rather than flashy volume scoring.
