Experienced Spartans Big With a Rebounding Edge
Myesha Broaden has long been a sturdy interior presence for San Jose State, and the clearest calling card in the available record is her rebounding and rim protection: in 2011-12, she was noted as the team’s blocks leader with 35, and in 2010-11 she produced games like 14 points and 10 rebounds against Maine and 12 points with 3 rebounds against Louisiana Tech. She profiles as a physical, dependable post who brings effort, toughness, and paint defense—useful for teams needing size, rebounding, and a low-drama glue player more than a feature scorer.
