steady two-way guard with rebounding punch and veteran edge
In her fifth year at Delaware, Jewel Smalls brings reliable production and real versatility: ESPN lists her at 9.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 33.1% shooting in her latest season, while her earlier Western Carolina stint showed she can stuff the stat sheet and dominate the glass. What makes her pop is the guard who rebounds like a forward, competes hard for 40 minutes, and has a proven track record as a double-double threat and leader. She looks like a fit for teams needing toughness, experience and all-around stability.
