Reliable Troy WR with a possession-game profile
Felton Payton is a 6-1, 188-pound senior wide receiver for Troy who projects as a dependable, experienced target rather than a pure downfield burner; ESPN lists him at 31 catches for 259 yards and 2 touchdowns, while another stat feed shows 17 catches for 132 yards in a separate season snapshot, so the production is modest but consistent enough to matter in the slot or on third downs. [2][7][1] His fit is strongest for teams that value maturity, route discipline, and trustworthy hands over explosive yards-after-catch numbers, making him more of a steady-chain-mover than a headline-grabber.
