Sami Wakeley gives Seton Hall a gritty, strike-throwing bullpen arm
In the 2026 season, Seton Hall pitcher Sami Wakeley logged 24 appearances, 42.2 innings, three wins, and a 2.54 ERA, with a season-high three strikeouts against Army and a clean three-inning close against FDU[1]. She’s more than a stat line: Wakeley comes from an elite high-school resume at Eastern Regional, where she piled up 712 career strikeouts and a 1.63 junior-year ERA, so the upside is real[1]. She looks like a good fit if you want a tough, competitive pitcher who can handle multi-inning work and bring some Jersey-dog edge to the circle[1][4][5].
