Jimmy Johnson brings veteran-ballhawk energy to Dartmouth’s secondary
A senior free safety for Dartmouth, Jimmy Johnson is a compact, experienced defender at 5-11, 210 who has earned snaps as a steady presence on the back end rather than a flashy stat-sheet hog. In his college profile, Dartmouth lists him as a senior FS from Andover, Mass., and his background shows he walked on, switched from offense to defense, and kept carving out a role through hard work and versatility. If you want a reliable, high-IQ safety with blue-collar toughness and proven buy-in, he’s a fit; if you need a pure turnover machine, that’s not clearly his calling card.
