Old Dominion’s high-motor forward who rebounds, defends and finishes
In the 2005-06 season, Sherida Triggs was a third-year forward who gave Old Dominion real two-way value: 11.4 points, a team-leading 7.2 rebounds, a team-best .573 field-goal percentage, plus 36 blocks and 43 steals, with six double-doubles and All-CAA recognition.[2] Earlier ODU notes also show she was a preseason All-CAA pick and the kind of reliable starter who set the tone with physicality and energy.[1][6] If a roster needs an efficient, tough, paint-anchoring forward who does the dirty work and can flip a game with hustle plays, Triggs is a very solid fit.[2][6]
