Whitney Allen brings two-way bite and veteran poise to GW’s front line
Whitney Allen is a 5-11 junior forward for George Washington with a reputation built on defense, rebounding, and toughness rather than empty-calorie stat padding. Sports Reference lists her as a two-time Atlantic 10 All-Defense selection, and GW’s roster notes her as a junior from Woodbridge, Virginia—evidence of a seasoned, physical fit who can guard, rebound, and do the grunt work coaches love. In the 2008 season, she showed impact on the glass in game logs, and the big question for any team is simple: do you want a steady, defense-first forward who raises the floor and brings edge every night?[1][2]
