Rico Sanders gives Jacksonville State a steady, senior guard who can chip in across the board
Rico Sanders is a 6-3 senior guard for Jacksonville State with a reputation as a reliable rotation piece who brings size, experience, and a low-drama game to the backcourt[1]. In the 2025-26 view available, he was listed in the Gamecocks’ rotation and had produced about 3.7 points, 0.6 rebounds, and 0.2 assists per game, which points to a role player who helps stabilize possessions more than he dominates them[8]. His best selling points are maturity, positional flexibility, and a proven ability to handle college basketball’s grind; that makes him a sensible fit for a team needing depth, defensive utility, and a veteran guard who won’t hijack the offense[1][8].
