Matt Voliva brings a strong kicker pedigree to Maine
Matt Voliva is a **high-upside specialist** for Maine, with the key differentiator being his strong kicking background — he was described in UMaine’s football media guide as a **five-star nationally ranked kicker by Kohl’s**. That kind of ranking signals a player with real leg talent and a solid technical base, which matters most in pressure moments and hidden-yardage situations. I don’t have recent game-by-game stats in the provided results, so the best read here is that Voliva profiles as a kicker with clear upside and specialist value rather than a broad statistical resume.
