Presbyterian QB John Walker: veteran presence, but the Blue Hose offense now runs through others
John Walker is a seasoned Presbyterian quarterback with size and experience, but current team stat pages point to other passers driving the 2026 offense, which makes his role feel more depth-chart than centerpiece right now. His appeal is the calm, older-QB profile coaches like: a redshirt senior body, program familiarity, and enough football IQ to stabilize a room if injuries or inconsistency hit. For a roster fit, he reads as a low-drama, system-friendly option rather than a high-ceiling takeover artist.
