Versatile Jacksonville State utility piece with early-career upside
Burleson is a **left-handed utility player** for Jacksonville State whose value starts with versatility and a compact 5'2" profile that can still create matchup advantages. In the 2026 season, she logged limited action with one RBI and a walk across three games, so the sample is small, but the fit signal is clear: she looks like a developmental depth piece with defensive flexibility and an all-around team-first background. For a staff looking for a scrappy, adaptable bench option who can grow into more, she’s worth monitoring.
