Blaise Mbargorba brings efficient size and rim protection to BU’s front line
Mbargorba is a **6-foot-11 center** whose value comes from efficient finishing and interior defense: in his Boston University season, he averaged **2.3 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.4 blocks in 9.6 minutes**, while shooting **9-of-11 from the field**. He’s a low-usage, high-efficiency big who can anchor the paint without demanding touches, which makes him attractive if you need size, shot deterrence and a role player who understands his lane. For a team building around guards and perimeter scoring, he fits as a steady, physical complementary piece rather than a primary offensive option.
