Richmond DB David Horton: depth piece with coverage value and special-teams juice
David Horton is a Richmond cornerback whose value shows up in versatility and effort, not just box-score production; ESPN lists him on the Spiders’ roster at DB, and Richmond’s 2024 records note a 50-yard punt return that set up a score, hinting at special-teams impact and open-field burst.[5][1] For a team, he looks like a fit if you want a defensive back who can help in coverage, compete with intensity, and add hidden-yardage value while continuing to develop into a more complete every-down player.[1][5]
