Brandon Saunders brings rangy cornerback traits and special-teams grit
Brandon Saunders was listed by Liberty as a 6-foot, 185-pound freshman defensive back, and the coaching note on his profile says he has the ability to read routes, make plays, and compete for starting time—classic “trust-your-eyes” corner material. His background also hints at competitiveness: at Paint Branch High, he was a team captain with 53 tackles and six interceptions as a senior, plus a touchdown return. The caveat is that the available public profile is older and doesn’t provide modern season-by-season college production, so the fit question is more about upside, instincts, and toughness than proven collegiate résumé.
