Kevin Woods brings veteran safety instincts and ball-hawking upside to Arkansas State
Kevin Woods is listed as a safety in Arkansas State’s orbit, and his profile points to a defensive back who wins with experience, range, and opportunistic playmaking rather than pure flash. In his earlier college seasons, he showed production as a tackler and turned in multiple interceptions, which hints at solid anticipation and field awareness. The main appeal is fit: he looks like a steady, assignment-sound DB who can help a secondary stay organized and capitalize on mistakes. If a team wants reliability, football IQ, and a willing hitter, Woods is the kind of guy who quietly makes everyone around him better.
