Experienced interior defender with proven game reps and disruptive instincts
Hix is a physical, veteran defensive lineman whose value comes from steady production and hard-nosed play rather than flash: Oklahoma State’s profile notes he was a “talented defensive player,” and his career arc shows he can contribute in rotation roles when healthy.[1] He’s the kind of DT you like if you want reliability, toughness, and someone who understands leverage and assignment football—more fit-for-purpose than headline-grabbing. The main question is fit and current availability, since public results on his post-college status are limited and do not show a clear recent Oklahoma State performance update.[1][2]
