Navy edge rusher with a long-frame, disruptive ceiling
Steve Dorman is listed by Navy as a 6-foot-8, 245-pound DE on the 2007 roster, a rare frame that can stress protections and win with length if he’s active off the edge.[1] There isn’t enough reliable, current public stat data in the available material to judge his 2026 production, but his value profile is the classic Navy defensive swing piece: big-body size, matchup-unfriendly reach, and potential as a power-based edge setter rather than a pure speed demon.[1] If your team wants a long-limbed defender who can change the math at the line of scrimmage, he’s the kind of player worth a closer look.
