No College Record Found: Ryan McLean Shines in Pro Ranks with Towson Tigers Mix-Up
Ryan McLean, a 26-year-old English right winger (born 2000), has no verified history with the Towson Tigers or any college football program; instead, he's a pro standout in England's National League North with Buxton FC, logging 249 minutes, 7 starts, 2 assists (per FotMob 2024/25), after turning pro with AFC Wimbledon in 2023—quitting his IT recruitment job post a stellar 89 apps/15 goals at Hereford. His clutch scoring (e.g., stoppage-time EFL Cup winner vs. Coventry) and pace make him a dynamic attacker, but as a non-college athlete, he's not an NCAA draft fit—ideal for lower-tier pro teams seeking affordable wing talent.
