Jordan Jenkins brings steady point-guard instincts and two-way grit to UTEP
Jordan Jenkins is a compact, experienced guard who has been valued for her playmaking, defensive activity, and poise; in UTEP’s 2018-19 notes, she was one of the Miners with more assists than turnovers and had a knack for staying on the floor and making the simple winning play. She was also slowed by a knee injury late in that season, which adds some durability context teams should weigh, but when healthy she profiles as a smart, disciplined table-setter who fits best with groups that need organization, pressure defense, and low-drama production.
