veteran Vandal guard with proven Big Sky scoring chops
Glen Dean brings senior-level poise, shot-making, and playmaking to Idaho; in the 2013-14 season, he averaged 10.0 points and 2.4 assists per game for the Vandals, after earlier earning Big Sky Freshman of the Year and second-team all-conference honors at Eastern Washington. He’s the kind of guard who can steady an offense, attack in big moments, and fit a team that values experience, leadership, and clean decision-making over raw flash. The catch: his best value comes as a proven veteran connector rather than a high-upside modern explosiveness play.
