Gavin Jones brings veteran DB experience and proven ball skills to Utah State
Gavin Jones is a seasoned Utah State defensive back whose value comes from steady coverage ability, physical play, and production that has included 20 pass break-ups and 3 interceptions in his Utah State career. He also brings maturity and a team-first profile, with academic recognition and prior success at Snow College, where he helped a 10-2 team win a bowl game. For a staff looking for a reliable, competitive defensive back who can challenge throws and keep the secondary organized, he looks like a smart fit.
