Rico McCoy is a Tennessee linebackers name worth remembering for toughness and football IQ
Rico McCoy’s best traits are the ones coaches love but box scores rarely capture: instincts, physicality, and a linebacker’s feel for attacking the run and setting the tone. Because the search results do not provide current Tennessee playing stats or an up-to-date player profile for a Tennessee Volunteers linebacker named Rico McCoy, I can’t verify a current performance snapshot from reliable sources. If you mean Tennessee alum and former linebacker Rico McCoy, his profile fits a high-effort, assignment-sound defender rather than a flashy stat-stuffer, which can be a strong fit for a team that values discipline and contact courage.
