Low-usage St. John’s guard with program fit and upside
Parker Williams is a 6-foot, 180-pound guard who appeared in four games as a freshman for St. John’s in the 2022-23 season, which means the current public record on his on-court impact is very limited.[2][6][7] What stands out more than the box score is the profile: a Birmingham, Ala. product from IMG Academy who chose St. John’s to grow into a better player and earn his degree, suggesting a team-first, development-minded fit.[2] If you need immediate stat production, he is not the answer; if you value size, patience, and a player willing to buy into a program, he reads like a long-term project rather than a ready-made headline act.[1][2]
