Nevada’s old-school edge terror with legit finishing power
In the 2014 season, Brock Hekking was a disruptive Nevada defensive end who posted 56 tackles, 10.0 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks, while his career 22.5 sacks ranked among the best in Wolf Pack history. What made him special wasn’t just production — it was the way he forced offenses to account for him with constant double-teams, and he earned All-Mountain West honors three straight years. If you want a relentless, high-motor edge player who can wreck blocking schemes, Hekking was the kind of tone-setter coaches love.
