Elite Guard with Top-100 Assists, Scoring Punch, and Aggressive Playmaking for New Mexico State
Xavier Pinson, a 6'3" guard for the New Mexico State Aggies, stands out as one of the nation's most productive playmakers, ranking 82nd of 2,886 guards with 4.5 assists per game while averaging 13.3 points and 1.3 steals in the 2022-23 season. His differentiator is his relentless, high-intensity style—he doesn't just pass; he attacks the rim, creates chaos, and elevates teammates with a fearless, street-smart personality forged in Chicago. Though he graduated in 2023 and now plays professionally in Mexico's CIBACOPA (8.3 PPG, 3.4 REB in 2025-26), his college intensity and elite ball-handling make him a perfect fit for any team needing a guard who can score, lead, and defend with grit. You should care because he's a stat leader in assists with a personality that turns games into battles.
