Nick Matich brings size, interior-line toughness and proven production to Western Michigan’s front
Nick Matich is a sturdy, experienced interior defensive lineman for Western Michigan who has already shown he can translate size into production, with 11 solo tackles and 1.5 sacks in his listed college stats. At 6-2 and 290 pounds, he profiles as a dependable trench player with the power to hold his ground and the strength to disrupt plays inside. The appeal is straightforward: he looks like a physical, role-ready lineman who can fit a defense that values leverage, effort and interior resistance rather than flash.
