experienced Texas Tech CB with a proven tackling base
Sawyer Vest brings **experienced secondary depth** to Texas Tech, with career-high production built around reliable tackling and steady physicality rather than splashy turnover totals. He has shown he can contribute in run support and coverage assignments, but the public stat trail is limited, so his real value is likely in consistency, assignment discipline, and competitiveness. For a team, that makes him the kind of corner who can add trust, toughness, and rotational stability even if he is not a headline grabber.
