Davidson safety Sean Holton brings tackling consistency and playmaking upside
Sean Holton profiles as a reliable Davidson defensive back/safety who has shown steady production and ball skills, including 24 tackles in 11 games in 2020 and 2 passes defended with 1 interception in the 2023 season. His value is in versatility, clean tackling, and the ability to make plays in coverage rather than piling up flashy numbers. For a team, he looks like a solid fit if you want a disciplined secondary piece who can support the run, stay assignment-sound, and contribute as a dependable, lower-maintenance defender.
