workhorse left the Redhawks can ride in the circle
In the 2026 season, Seattle U junior pitcher Berkley Vance was the staff’s innings leader with 104.1 frames, six wins, and 53 strikeouts, showing real durability and a true starter’s load. She’s already flashed swing-and-miss upside too, including a 13-strikeout gem in 2025 and another complete-game effort against strong competition in 2026, which hints at a competitive, tough-minded arm. If a team wants a pitcher who can absorb innings and battle through traffic, Vance fits nicely; the next step is sharper run prevention and more consistent strikeout punch.
