a proven offensive line developer with championship-level experience
Ryan Stanchek is not a current West Virginia player; he is a former Mountaineers offensive lineman who built a strong résumé as a coach and O-line developer. His standout traits are technical line coaching, consistency, and proven program impact—he helped guide winning fronts at multiple stops, including Alcorn State, where the team won five SWAC East titles and three SWAC championships during his tenure. For a team, he profiles as a fit if you want discipline, run-game structure, and a coach who has shown he can develop and organize offensive lines at a high level.
