Temple OL Kevin Bennage: Local-215 grinder with backup value and spring-recognition upside
Kevin Bennage has been a depth-piece offensive lineman for Temple, earning the program’s annual Gavin White Jr. Local 215 Award in spring drills and drawing praise as a dependable walk-on performer. In Temple’s 2007 spring depth chart, he was listed behind John Palumbo at left guard, suggesting he was in the mix as a competitive backup rather than a finished product. The appeal here is toughness, versatility, and steady development — the kind of low-drama, coach-friendly lineman who can help stabilize a room. If you need size, effort, and practice-day reliability, he fits the mold.
