Sammy Itodo brings size, rim presence, and developmental upside to Gardner-Webb
Sammy Itodo is a 6-foot-8 center from Kaduna, Nigeria who gives Gardner-Webb legitimate interior size and projectable upside at the five. Public roster listings identify him as a big-bodied post presence, but there is limited recent game production available in the search results, so his current impact is harder to quantify from box scores alone. The appeal is clear: he offers a physical frontcourt profile that can help protect the paint, rebound, and anchor lineup flexibility if his skill set continues to grow.
