Pat Doherty brings defensive disruption and playmaking value to Lafayette
In the 2008-09 season at Holy Cross, Pat Doherty averaged 7.4 points, 4.3 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game, with a strong 79.1% free-throw mark, showing a guard who impacts the game with defense, distribution and composure rather than empty volume.[8] He also has a background as a Lafayette walk-on and a Summa Cum Laude graduate, which points to a high-IQ, coachable, team-first profile that can fit well in organized systems.[3][4]
