Grant Ewell Jr. brings proven playmaking and tackling range to UAPB’s secondary
Grant Ewell Jr. stands out as a physical, high-volume defensive back whose best traits are tackling production, run support, and ball disruption: in 2022 he posted 74 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, a quarterback hurry and three pass breakups in 11 games, following a 2021 season at Butte College with 60 tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, two sacks, three interceptions, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. The profile suggests a versatile, aggressive defender who fits a team needing a tone-setter with proven production and special-teams value, though there is no current-season stat line available in the provided sources.[1][4]
