Frank Riggins is a 6-4, 280-pound UIW tight end still waiting for his first stat line
In the 2026 season, Frank Riggins is listed as a redshirt sophomore TE for UIW, but he has not recorded any game statistics yet and did not see game action in 2025 or 2024. His appeal is more projection than production right now: at 6-4 and 280 pounds, he brings real size for an in-line tight end and a frame that suggests blocking upside if he develops into a physical, assignment-sound piece. If a team wants a ready-made receiving threat, the résumé is thin; if it wants a big-bodied developmental tight end with room to grow, there’s something here.
