developmental BYU OL with room to rise
Jeff Rhea projects as a **developmental offensive lineman** for BYU whose value is more about traits than box-score production: linemen are evaluated on leverage, knee bend, movement efficiency, and consistency, and research on elite football movement shows OL performance is tied to things like **greater knee flexion** in key athletic actions. Reliable public sources do not provide enough recent, athlete-specific performance data to make a strong stat-based call, so the main takeaway is that he profiles as a depth/competition piece whose fit depends on how quickly he adds strength, technique, and functional movement polish.
