Mississippi Valley State LB Oliver Forward: low-profile defender with roster-fit upside
Oliver Forward is listed as a linebacker for Mississippi Valley State, but the public data available here is thin, so the safest read is that he’s a depth-and-development player rather than a heavily documented star. What stands out is simply that he’s on a Division I FCS roster at a physical, high-rep position where teams value effort, toughness, and reliability. If you’re evaluating him as a fit, the question is less about flashy production and more about whether his practice habits, special-teams value, and downhill mentality translate into a role.
