Alcorn State’s Intense, Data-Driven Center with Elite Tackling and Sack Production
James Bolden, a 6-2, 290-pound Center for the Alcorn State Braves, stands out not just for his 3.3 tackles-per-game average and sack production at San Diego Mesa College in the 2019 season, but for his relentless intensity and data-driven approach to every play. Unlike typical centers, Bolden combines physical dominance with strategic film study, making him a rare differentiator who elevates team defense through anticipation rather than just reaction. With no reported injury history and a personality marked by quiet leadership and competitive fire, he’s a high-fit asset for any team seeking a center who brings both strength and intellectual rigor to the line.
